🌿 No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, all purchases are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges, even for unopened products.


🔎 Check Your Delivery Promptly
We recommend inspecting your package as soon as it’s delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please report it within 3 days of receiving it.

Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for resolution.


📷 What We Need to Assist You
To process any issue, we require:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video that begins with the sealed package

  • Footage must show the full unpacking process and clearly display the problem

🎥 Videos that are cut, unclear, or begin after the package is opened will not be accepted.

Every order is packed with care. However, we are not responsible for damages caused during shipping or exposure to extreme temperatures during transit.

Complimentary items are not eligible for replacement or refund, even if damaged.
